STANDISH — Former Standish City Manager Tori Kelly and former City Treasurer Melissa McAllister, who were arrested by officers of the Michigan State Police Post (MSP) in Tawas on Oct. 14 and Oct. 8, respectively, and fired by City Council on Oct. 8, are scheduled to appear in Arenac County’s 81st District Court in the near future.
