Arenac board gives go-ahead for two computer upgrades


ARENAC COUNTY — Arenac County has been given the green light to improve the software on two computers that used to belong to the county's E-911 department.

At its April 6 regular meeting, the Arenac County Board of Commissioners approved upgrades for two former E-911 computers. The first upgrade was for a computer to be used in the Board of Commissioners meeting room, at a cost of $87 per labor. The second upgrade is for the installation of Geographic Information Software, at a cost of $167.
