The weekly Fizz, Boom, Read program kicked off in Arenac County July 2 at the Omer Little Eagle's Nest Library when Joe Rogers and Joanne Williams of the Wildlife Recovery Association visiting, bringing several animals, mostly birds with them. Rogers and Williams brought a pigeon, a snake, owls, a hawk and a vulture to the library, giving children an up close look at the animals they have rescued over the years.
