ARENAC COUNTY — Christmas for Kids (CFK) is a local program designed to help area children have a better Christmas by raising money and distributing toys to those in need each year.
According to CFK Chairperson Jeri Harris, the Kiwanis based program has been around for many years and each year designates certain drop off points within Arenac County where citizens can bring toys to help children in need have a better Christmas.
“We get each child’s request through the Health Department,” Harris said. “We try to get each child at least one toy on their wish list.
