The Arenac County K-9 Team hosted its first Easter egg hunt with police K-9 Sonic April 13 at the Deep River Township Park. Children 0-12 years old scooped up hundreds of eggs full of tasty treats during the egg hunt, and Sonic and his handler, Deputy Trevor Sprague, performed demonstrations for children during the event.
