The eighth annual Hank's of Alger car show to raise money for Special Olympics of Michigan had classic car owners and enthusiasts checking out the variety of vehicles in the bar's parking lot July 5. Registration fees and 15 percent of the bar's sales for the day were donated to the Wertz Warriors, an organization that raises money for the Special Olympics throughout the year. funds raised through 50-50 drawings were also donated to the Wertz Warriors.
