BAY CITY — Whittemore-Prescott played John Glenn on even terms for three quarters Tuesday, but the Bobcats pulled away with a 13-5 fourth quarter run to take a 47-34 NEMC boys basketball victory.

W-P trailed 22-19 at the half and seemed on the verge of upsetting the NEMCs second place team. Glenn held the Cards to just five points in the fourth quarter and hit six free throws down the stretch that were enough for the win.

Brett Wesenick and Jaye Kudrow each scored 12 for Glenn (5-10, 4-3 NEMC), while Billy Raushi scored 17 for W-P (2-12, 0-6).
