Local children brought in their favorite stuffed toys for "surgery" at the St. Mary’s of Michigan Standish Hospital annual Caring Bear Picnic June 19 at the Paige Memorial Park. Children participated in a variety of activities and educational opportunities while they waited. A picnic lunch was also served to attendees.
