The Standish VFW Post hosted its annual Loyalty Day Parade in Standish on April 25. Just like the proud men and women in uniform, parade participants, many veterans themselves, didn't take the day off just for bad weather, as it rained on the parade, but didn't stop it, or the people of Standish who came out to honor all those who serve our nation.
