Murder mystery show coming to arts center

STANDISH — Tawas playwright Michael Jacot’s murder mystery “Cruisin’ for a Murder” will be featured at the Northeast Michigan Arts Council this Saturday.

The show tells the story of Detective Scott Reasoner’s luxury liner vacation en route to Hawaii that turns into an investigation when another man on the boat is found stabbed to death.

However, Detective Reasoner isn’t alone in the investigation, as the audience will interact and play a part in helping him uncover the culprit of the crime.

The Tawas City Library Players will perform the murder mystery production.

Only 40 tickets are available. For more information, call the arts center at 989-846-9331. The show begins at 7 p.m.
