Nearly 100 people participate in Lakeshore Lap for Special Olympics

Clear, sunny skies and warm weather combined with a worthy cause was a recipe for success during the first Lakeshore Lap for Special Olympics in Au Gres Oct. 12. The race included a half-marathon, 5K, 10K and children's heroes race, and 96 people participated overall. The event was hosted by the Wertz Warriors.
