Children were able to get an up-close look at a tarantula, Giant Eurasian Eagle Owl, sloth and more rarely seen animals during Animal Magic at the Au Gres Community Library July 24. Animal handler Mark Rosenthal educated children about the animals during the program, which was part of the Iosco-Arenac District Library's Fizz, Boom, Read series.
